RETIREMENT planning as a location-independent global nomad just got a lot easier thanks to a collaboration between multinational financial services provider Investors Trust Assurance (ITA Group) and For Nomads Group.
For Nomads Group will now be able to provide direct access to ITA’s multiple-award-winning SPX Index family of savings and investment plans, which combine a simple and effective investment strategy with the structural method of guaranteeing minimum future asset values more commonly found in bespoke private banking products.
Through PensionsForNomads.com, location-independent global nomads can now start their own retirement plan which is fully internationally portable, can be domiciled in a choice of three major global financial centres, with the same tax advantages and asset protection rules commonly used by large multinational corporations, at a very low minimum of USD 200 per month.
Often not fully considered by those living as location-independent global nomads, the need to plan effectively for retirement is increasingly important as government-provided pensions get debased and have the terms changed over time, and some corporate pension schemes fail as they contend with an ever-increasing funding gap, leaving the pension funds without enough assets to meet their future liabilities.
